The support and help I needed along the way
The tracking - I feel as though the numbers are actually reliable, which has allowed me to monitor progress down to a tee and report results to stakeholders much more accurately.
The downside, as you can imagine with such a powerful tool, is the complexity and resource load. Setup is technical and time intensive.
Just wasn't for me to be honest, I personally struggled using it, but am sure it would be great to use for those abit more qualified.
There's a bit of a learning curve; it's definitely not for beginners. While the reporting is solid, it isn't live, so sometimes it takes a while before you get up to date metrics, and the UI is a little bit dated.
