The biggest downside, I'd say, is that some of the features feel a little too basic compared to other UCaaS platforms. For example, Chat lacks some of the richer collaboration tools and thread management, and Meet doesn't yet offer the same depth of moderation and customization features for larger meetings or webinars. It's great for day-to-day use, but for more complex workflows or enterprise-level needs, it can be a bit limiting.
