Transporeon is a platform allowing us to have one EDI integration that is serving a lot of different customers. The integration is pretty easy, as the online documentation is well written. Downtime? I think Transporeon was down one day, which was a disaster for us and for our customers, in several years. We have a sales speaking partner who is always available and helpful. When it comes to contract management, then things are getting a little "meh": there is no negotiation, prices are imposed and honestly paying up to some 15 Euro fee for a spot transport is something I cannot understand. Bid management (tendering) has been around for ages and we use it regularly. Analytics and reporting are good, considering they are also fed by a huge amount of data.

We mainly use Coupa to receive purchase orders and upload invoices for payment. It does the job, and gives us a single platform to keep an eye on. That said, the interface feels quite old-fashioned, and certain tasks are clunkier and take longer than they should

We use Transport management system(TMS) from Blue Yonder. Deliveries from our ERP platform are integrated with this platform to achive 2 key objectives - the most efficient routing and carrier selection, also AI based delivery consolidation based on historical ordering pattern from customers.

TenderEasy is convenient but could be improved. The service is practical for those looking for a quick and hassle-free solution.
