The webinar platform is unreliable, with frequent technical issues meaning attendees cannot see what is being presented. What makes this worse is that their customer support team is slow and unhelpful. I simply would not recommend anyone purchase this tool.

It's the reliability of the product, it works, on all required devices, with correct audio and video quality. It has all the needed functionality even if some aspects can be improved.

The unreliability of the tool - it has one job, to host webinars, and yet it frequently has issues where attendees cannot see or hear what is being shared. The interface is also unintuitive and dated.

I think it could have more tools to make webinars more interactive and interesting for the audience and to capture and maintain their attention. There are features such as polls, but these are really lacking compared to other tools on the market and are visually unappealing.
