Grafana's clean, intuitive dashboards make it incredibly easy to visualize data and uncover insights quickly. Its flexibility, rich visualization options, and seamless integration with multiple data sources are what I like the most, especially fetching data. from servicenow.

Grafana can feel complex for new users, especially when working with advanced queries, variables, or panel configuration. The learning curve and inconsistent behavior across different data sources are what I dislike the most.

cost

The lack of ingestion/billing safeguards when using the Cloud Pro, pay-as-you-go model. It should be great to be able to tell Grafana to just shut down ingestion when global spend goes above X (quota/budget). Usage alerts are nice, but not enough.

Managed Grafana Cloud Offers Convenience But Raises Concerns Over Billing Controls

It's great to be able to quickly onboard on an LGTM, managed solution that is Grafana Cloud with exclusive products (SM, IRM, Frontend Observability...) without having to worry about deployments, maintenance. In fact, having a remote, managed tenant for Observability ensures signals and alerts will always be functioning in-case of an outage on our side.
