We use the open source versions for LGMT stack but apply enterprise licenses and the product (helm charts and application repositories) are very well maintained, contributed to and the issues are supported at a very real best effort. the supports we open in grafana cloud regarding the above usage are also attended at timely manner and people is honest when there us something that cannot be done

I would wish having a similar K6 cliud integration in the open source offering but you know, you guys has to engage people to go to cloud :P Also if the databricks datasource could support Azure Managed Identities it would be easier for our users to integrate their data through it.

Our overall experience has been very positive. Grafana provides excellent visualization and dashboarding capabilities, making it easy to correlate metrics, logs, and traces in one place. The flexibility to integrate with multiple data sources is a major advantage. However, initial setup and scaling require careful planning, and some advanced features have a steep learning curve. Documentation is good, but troubleshooting complex issues can still be time-consuming.
