Grafana Labs helps companies manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud or self-managed with the Grafana Enterprise Stack, both featuring scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo) as well as a rich ecosystem of data source plugins, dashboard management, alerting, reporting, and security.

customizability.
Agnostic data integration: Unlike competitors, Grafana's greatest strength is its ability to join data from disparate sources. You can view business metrics from a SQL database right next to infra metrics from Prometheus in the same panel. Vibrant Ecosystem: The plugin library is massive. Whether you're monitoring a Kubernetes cluster or a smart home, there is likely a pre-built dashboard available. Visual Excellence: The UI for dashboards is world-class. With the intro of advanced 2026 features like AI-driven anomaly detection and adaptive metrics, the platform does more than just show data; it helps you interpret it. Cost Efficiency: The open source version remains free and highly capable, allowing startups to build enterprise-grade monitoring without initial licensing fees.
I would wish having a similar K6 cliud integration in the open source offering but you know, you guys has to engage people to go to cloud :P Also if the databricks datasource could support Azure Managed Identities it would be easier for our users to integrate their data through it.
Building Custom Plugin Apps
Simple dashboards are easy, but advanced alerting and complex queries often require deep knowledge of Promql. For non-technical stakeholders, the barrier to entry remains high.
