Good design, the most important functions exist. However, I have noticed that several apps stopped working. Checking the Haiilo Intranet I noticed that they decided to leave these broken apps in the product. It is a bad experience to spend time trying to figure out what you are doing wrong and why it is not working just to find out this is done on purpose.

competent support, personal support from dedicated contact persons, appealing funktions (Events, M365 AddOn)

Design and ease of creating new users using Microsoft Graph. Mobile App works well too.

The support is a huge plus. It is very intuitive to learn and understand. New Updates keep things fresh and allow us to continually grow our internal comms.

Entering content is very time consuming, and the text editor looks and works like something you'd know from forums in the 2000s. The worst part is, each picture you want to add from something like a manual, needs to be uploaded, named, selected and then pasted into to the text your are writing. There is no option to just copy and paste from existing manuals and retain the pictures.

The Bugs. It's becoming a real problem. Our biggest struggle as an organisation is to convince our colleagues to make use of the social intranet as their daily working tool. When they frequently get kicked off the platform and can't log back in, when the chat doesn't work and when other bugs occur, they become dispondent and show no interest
