Haiilo has been amazing since it seamlessly merges internal communication and external advocacy making it feel like a natural extension of our workflow.It also has amazing customer support for its users.
Design and ease of creating new users using Microsoft Graph. Mobile App works well too.
The social intranet itself is also very user-friendly, with a modern and intuitive interface that makes internal communication sharing much easier and more efficient. Overall, a great solution backed by an excellent support team.
I honestly have nothing that i dislike towards this amazing platform
Entering content is very time consuming, and the text editor looks and works like something you'd know from forums in the 2000s. The worst part is, each picture you want to add from something like a manual, needs to be uploaded, named, selected and then pasted into to the text your are writing. There is no option to just copy and paste from existing manuals and retain the pictures.
The App could be a bite more intuitive and user-friendly.

Good design but poor options to enter content
Good design, the most important functions exist. However, I have noticed that several apps stopped working. Checking the Haiilo Intranet I noticed that they decided to leave these broken apps in the product.
