Overall myself and my team fellow team members have had a great time using Happyfox. We only use the ticketing basics, no ai or chat etc. The interface is simple, intuitive and fast to use, also allowing different layouts based upon our individual preferences, something we all take advantage of. Reporting and tracking are perfect for our needs and the api integrations are useful, if a little lacking in detail.

You can automate and categorize in a variety of ways suiting most of our needs.

Dislike

We have had some slight issues with segregating our USA and UK department operations, with some overlap in places and some segregation in others, making the setup and maintenance of this setup a little confusing.

Dislike

The timezone's stick to the general timezone of the account, you cant have multiple teams working in different areas and get a local time reading.

    A Closer Look at Multifaceted Task Automation

    A lot of great features, some may need a bit of tweaking and playing with but if you can get them to work they are a great help. The support is responsive and I have had minimal issues as to the usability of the product.
