It centralizes task and project management as well as communication/collaboration. I like the streamlined workflows with Hive. The tool comes with amazing resource and time management features.

Hive has been smooth. No serious flaws.
The user interface is clunky at best. It is very difficult to find what you need, and the search function has not been usable for quite some time, which is frustrating to say the least.
Frankly, there is nothing to dislike about Hive. It is well suited with amazing features and brilliant customer care services.
