Out Of the Box functionality is sufficient for the broad majority of use cases. It's extremely user-friendly and takes minimal training to onboard new teams. Setup is very quick. The Hive support teams are extremely responsive and work hard to drive increased adoption and enablement.
It is customizable and sufficiently manages workflow between marketing and design teams. It also is an effective way to record work volume, ie. to measure if we are making more requests MoM or YoY.
It centralizes task and project management as well as communication/collaboration. I like the streamlined workflows with Hive. The tool comes with amazing resource and time management features.
Integration options are somewhat limited, although the support teams are extremely helpful and reduce our LOE.
The user interface is clunky at best. It is very difficult to find what you need, and the search function has not been usable for quite some time, which is frustrating to say the least.
Hive has been smooth. No serious flaws.
