My overall experience with Hive as a marketer has been positive. It has made it much easier to plan, execute and track marketing campaigns in one place. I especially like the the project views in kanban and calendar, which helped me to manage content schedules, campaign timelines and team deliverables efficiently. It has improved collaboration between our internal teams like designers, content writers and stakeholders. Being able to communicate within tasks and keep all campaign related updates in one platform made our work easier. During onboarding it was a bit confusing with all the features but we got used it.

“Inefficient Search Function and Clunky Interface: Hive User Challenges”
There is a very long learning curve with Hive - it took me a full year to feel somewhat comfortable using it because it's just not intuitive (at least, not to me). It has many quirks that take time to learn - I am still discovering new ones after 4 years of using.

Responsive Support and Smooth Interface Provided Despite Constrained Integration Options
Hive very much cares about UX and heavily invests into things like smooth UI and quick loading times.
