Hotjar's Session recording feature I mostly like because it helps me to observe how users interact with the website and what issues they encounter.Another option I use is on-site polls in which I get real feedback from users.Also I create forms to note user activities and experience while using website.

pricing scheme, can get costly (we had to work to limit session base where we see Hotjar insights)

Some minor things that I didn't like is that sometimes I faced performance issues while acquiring large data of user reports.Another thing I faced is it has limited integration capabilities.there is no big issue I faced while using Hotjar.
