URL monitoring is crisp and clean.
They have many many templates to monitor infrastructure. We were able to take alot of the prebuilt templates and easily modify them for our use.
Onboarding process and training was not done in the right order (this was several years ago, prior to being purchased by HPE) Only a minor inconvenience, but I wish we could do an upgrade to the gateway appliance VM instead of building a new one and replacing the old one each time.
They are priced like a Gartner leader, but don't offer half of what challengers or visionaries do.
I wouldn't say dislike. But some of the documentation is hard to follow or find. We did come across an issue where we get logged out frequently while working in the product.

We moved from a legacy style monitoring tools to OpsRamp, the Core migration took less than a month and we gained immediate visibility that was missing. We discovered several areas that didn't work as we expected, and the team helped change our paradigm or took our approach and enhanced OpsRamps' ca[abiliites. The AIOps capabilities showed strength by reducing notification noise by 80% with the deduplication and correlation capabilities.
