Our implementation consultant (from Neocase) was not open to any changes we had from standard functionality, even for minor ones. This was resolved by escalating to management. The core connector with Workday has advantages, but the disadvantage is that you have no access to see what it actually does, so if there are issues, you cannot do your own troubleshooting.

    A great niche tool for case management. Good relationship with Workday. Implementation consultant struggled with almost every single deviation from out of box functionality, but did deliver on time/on budget.
