The best part about HubSpot is its CRM and marketing automation features. The ability to track user interactions, create tailored workflows, and access real-time data has significantly improved how we engage with prospects and measure campaaign performance.
Adding items or services to it is very easy. I also love centralized customer data storage along with marketing automation.
The pricing structure can become quite expensive as our needs group, especially when scalling up to access more advanced features. Some key tools like custom reporting and advanced automation are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or businesses with tighter budgets.
It is expensive. Not ideal for complex ecommerce needs.
