My overall experience with HubSpot has been positive. I work as an Operations Manager in an aerospace scale up, and we use HubSpot mainly to track revenues linked to projects and keep visibility across different teams. Before using HubSpot in a structured way, information about deals and project related revenues was not always aligned between teams, causing confusion. With HubSpot, we now have a clearer way of ongoing activities, expected revenues, and pipeline status. It helps us coordinate better between operations and commercial activities. It is quite easy to use and flexible enough to support a growing company, especially if different teams need to work with the same data.

1. it provides a clear view of pipeline and revenues, which helps with planning and tracking 2. it improves visibility across teams, making coordination easier 3. the interface is not too complicated and easy to use also for non technical users 4. it helps centralise the information that otherwise would be spread across different tools

Usability & functionality, I think it has great features for tracking deals and importing lead data from Excel

The user interface is intuitive, the pipeline, tracking is clear and automation of repetitive tasks saves our team significant time, 3 features I would appreciate be easy to use CRM with pipeline visualization, email and workflow automation that reduces manual work and strong reporting and analytics tools to monitor performance.

1. sometimes the reports are not exactly what we need them to be, so we need to export data 2. it can be a bit confusing at the beginning, especially for people who have never used a tool of this kind 3. managing data across different projects can take some time, especially when we need to keep everything aligned

Again, more on our end, we need to improve integration with our software to make it less of a separate tool, it can be done. A lot you can do on there, so don't feel I get the full functionality

Some advanced reporting and workflow customization options are limited, mobile functionality could be improved and costs rise quickly as usage scales
