Usability & functionality, I think it has great features for tracking deals and importing lead data from Excel
The user interface is intuitive, the pipeline, tracking is clear and automation of repetitive tasks saves our team significant time, 3 features I would appreciate be easy to use CRM with pipeline visualization, email and workflow automation that reduces manual work and strong reporting and analytics tools to monitor performance.
1. sometimes the reports are not exactly what we need them to be, so we need to export data 2. it can be a bit confusing at the beginning, especially for people who have never used a tool of this kind 3. managing data across different projects can take some time, especially when we need to keep everything aligned
Again, more on our end, we need to improve integration with our software to make it less of a separate tool, it can be done. A lot you can do on there, so don't feel I get the full functionality
Some advanced reporting and workflow customization options are limited, mobile functionality could be improved and costs rise quickly as usage scales
