Very easy to navigate. The search within the application is very powerful, so if you don't know the specific setting you're looking for, you can search globally across the entire application.
HubSpot Sales Hub is very easy and intuitive to use. HubSpot provides guides and best practice examples that help with configuration and use. Within an hour I had completed the basic set up and was entering data. I had linked my Google email and calendar and was ready to get my team selling. From a day-to-day perspective Sales Hub is simple to use and its very easy to keep track of key opportunities and tasks. Sales Workspace is a fantastic dashboard that quickly gives me a broad view of all prospecting and outreach activities.
The main issue I have with the product is renewal tracking. You have to manage all of your renewals through deals. It would be great if there was a master contract that you could amend throughout the customer's lifecycle.
I haven't found a lot to dislike about the solution, but minor annoyances are: 1. Some of the default fields are US-centric so I find I need to manually update them 2. Manually creating a company/contact and follow up could be streamlined - it would be nice if there was an option to complete all three tasks in a single workflow 3. There are some features in Marketing Hub that would be really useful for a sales team - like Social Posting.

HubSpot Sales Hub: Bolstering Outreach Activities with Ease
Dealing with HubSpot is generally straightforward - as an experienced user and administrator of the solution it was a little bit annoying that I couldn't sign up without talking to an Account Executive, but the process was pretty quick.
