The most disappointing aspect is the lack of reporting capabilities. Cognos has: Limited Reporting and Visualization - It doesn't support dynamic dashboards or modern visualizations, which makes it difficult to extract insights quickly. Outdated user interface - The UI can be clunky and not user friendly. Steep learning curve for customization - Highly customized reports often require us to go to outside help from a 3rd party vendor.
Read Full ReviewI have yet to find something that I dislike about the product. When Infor had the product, the documentation bounced between terrible and non-existent. However, once Hexagon took over a few years ago, the documentation was quickly improved to a vast library with free training videos. At this point, I really have nothing negative to say about it.
