My overall experience with Hexagon EAM has been positive. As an IT manager, I have overseen multiple upgrades, and I have found the platform to be reliable and scalable for enterprise management. The system’s flexibility and depth of functionality have been key strengths. It works well managing asset lifecycles, tracking maintenance, and maintaining and ordering parts. The user interface is starting to feel dated, and reporting lacks the ability to visualize data.

Documentation is what I don't like very much. It is very outdated and doesn't help with most of the issues experienced.
