Advanced asset tracking - It gives the ability to track asset performance, history, warranties, and cost. PM Scheduling - Helps automate maintenance, which reduces downtime and extends the overall life of the asset. Customization - The OOB features of Flex, alert management, and extensible framework, have given us the ability to tailor the system to match our organizational needs.
I like it because it is customizable according to what you need in your industry.

The most disappointing aspect is the lack of reporting capabilities. Cognos has: Limited Reporting and Visualization - It doesn't support dynamic dashboards or modern visualizations, which makes it difficult to extract insights quickly. Outdated user interface - The UI can be clunky and not user friendly. Steep learning curve for customization - Highly customized reports often require us to go to outside help from a 3rd party vendor.
As I've mentioned, documentation is one thing that can be improved on.
I have yet to find something that I dislike about the product. When Infor had the product, the documentation bounced between terrible and non-existent. However, once Hexagon took over a few years ago, the documentation was quickly improved to a vast library with free training videos. At this point, I really have nothing negative to say about it.
