Good: A segmented plan and well coordinated in different lines of work or functional blocks, monitoring and business participation, implementation process and project methodology for the management, from the definition of requirements to QA, and agile for the engineering phase: scrum, kanban (from physical to digital), with distributed equipment. To change: simplify first implementation, facilitating the process of change to customers (especially if there is already a previous solution), automate functional tests.

it was the first ever implementation if S/4 hana with simple logistics, globally. IBM team was extremely sincere in the project, quickly learned new features and provided innovative solutions. their client relationship management was outstanding. in the downside knowledge transfer from SAP to IBM was slow to start with which causes certain delays in project. overall experience was outstamding.
