I was earlier using IBM Business Automation Workflow in my old org and I'll say honestly it was a was a solid platform to use. It's second to none when it comes to complex enterprise processes and it brings together workflow and case management pretty well. I think it's more catered to enterprise use only. If someone takes the time and is ready to give some hours in learning then it shows how powerful a piece of software it is. Overall I'd say it's reliable, stable and capable, but the ui is not the most modern.

Robustness: Once configured, it runs without loosing a sweat. You can trust it to handle large-scale, critical workflows without crashing or lagging. 3. Customization: One can tweak almost everything. It's flexible if you know what you are doing

I was impressed with the ability to be able to base which model we choose on the pattern and design of our workflow, while not being handcuffed to a case/process or cookie cutter mentality. Efficiency and productivity rates went through the roof because of this product, while we also could identify, reduce and even eliminate repetitive tasks. Our human error rates drastically reduced with the automation features and allowed us to speed up the overall production process

Dislike

1. UI: The interface is quite dated and some parts of the designer tools are clunky to use compared to modern automation platforms 2. Complex Setup: Setting it up takes a lot of time. It's not beginner friendly, it's for the enterprise demographic and a professional person with experience is required to set it up. 3. Learning Curve: The documentation is detailed but a little bit scattered. One has to spend a lot of time to figure things out by trial and error.

Some of the integration limitations should be noted, specifically those with complex structures like nested objects or circular reference ranges. Along that thought, some of the product was very complex which can be a good thing however, for employees not used to this type of product or software it required some extensive training for them to be able to use and manage correctly/effectively
