The Bigazi platform is very useful for supporting us with process modeling and organization. It's a solution that facilitates the visualization of flows and contributes to alignment between the areas involved. One point I would highlight as a point of attention is the initial adaptation of the user, who is not yet so familiar with BPM/BPMN.
