The standout feature for me was the comprehensive BPMN modeling tool and simulation capabilities, which gave our teams visual clarity into workflows and helped optimize them before deployment, saving significant time.

Complex workflows can be set up in structured ways. Integrations with oracle suite is quite reliable. No performance issues.

Streamlined Business Processes: We were able to automate several workflows that previously required manual intervention, which then reduced processing time and minimized human error. Seamless Integration as Oracle BPM integrated with our existing Oracle applications and third-party systems, this interoperability allowed us to maintain continuity while enhancing our capabilities. Reduced Operations Governance and Compliance: love the built-in audit trails and business rules engine that help us enforce compliance and maintain industry regulatory requirements.

The main drawback was the high resource demands both in terms of licensing costs and hardware needs, which made it feel like a heavy weight for smaller scale deployments.

Interface feels dated, and counter intuitive on daily tasks. Configuration is very complex, steep learning curve for using tool for new joiners.

Steep learning curve - though the platform is feature-rich it is complex to utilize all the features Oracle costs have gone up dramatically over the past year, especially for ongoing support, so a dedicated budget for this is recommended. Limited Flexibility for Agile Environments
