Despite the initial complexity, the real - time analytics provided counters the negative and the impact and efficiency it has brought the company makes it one of a top choices in BPM software. One last point, Oracle to oracle integration has a quite smooth process but there is less flexibility when integrating other third party softwares.

While powerful, the platform can feel complex at times. It is not easy for beginners. The learning curve is steep, especially for business users who are not as technical. Upgrades and patching can also be time-consuming, and the documentation could be more user-friendly. In some cases, weve needed to rely heavily on specialized consultants to fully unlock the platforms capabilities, which has added to the cost and effort.
