What we value most about the product is the flexibility to integrate other systems, for example via Rest Apis ( For example SharePoint, Graph API oder Gen AI features). We also benefit from the straightforward integration and use of SQL Databases when developing workflow applications.
Ease of deployment; team integration is high as the learning curve is minimal; Salesforce integration is a major plus.
1. It is very easy to build and in turn visualise and analyse processes; 2. Identification of hidden costs and inefficiencies and 3. Standarisation across multiple locations (locally and globally) is scalable in less time as users can achieve agreements quickly.
At the moment we see only minor weaknesses in Nintex K2 Automation. Overall the platform meets our requirements well. Ares for potential improvment include the direct Integration of AI driven features to support development or end user, such as assisting in the design and generation of workflow solutions within k2. Additionally, enhancements to the versioning and management of development states would be beneficial, particularly to improve traceability and control across different stages of the development lifecycle.
More advanced features may intimidate teams with little UI/UX experience, and some bugs earlier in the engagement, and again, depending on your use case, your dev team may need to offer training.
