As a user I found Nintex user friendly and most of the time intuitive and easy to deal with. The graphic features make workflows easy to read for other users, which closes the gap between business specialists and continuous improvement specialists. On the other hand, using Nintex, we have been able to increase the chances of easily identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks. Nintex is the basis of new projects too, as we are also documenting our processes and flagging opportunities for improvement without additional efforts which in turn reduces cost and time when the decision has to be made.

Solid tool for teams with minimal coding experience. Designing and managing workflows with little stress, they have a drag and drop feature making much of the process as intuitive as possible.
