Drag-and-drop workflow builder that makes automation accessible even for business users. Integration with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Process visibility and reporting, giving managers insight into bottlenecks and SLAs.
Easy to install. Easy to understand. Easy to show users how to use it.
1. It is very easy to build and in turn visualise and analyse processes; 2. Identification of hidden costs and inefficiencies and 3. Standarisation across multiple locations (locally and globally) is scalable in less time as users can achieve agreements quickly.
Integration with some external APIs required more custom work than expected. Reporting dashboards could offer more flexibility and better visualization options. Performance can show slightly with very large workflows.
Once it quit working, that was it. We were never able to get the product functioning again. Very disappointed as we thought we had found out next solid tool to implement.
Some workflows are hard to set up and we require specialised suport

As a user I found Nintex user friendly and most of the time intuitive and easy to deal with. The graphic features make workflows easy to read for other users, which closes the gap between business specialists and continuous improvement specialists. On the other hand, using Nintex, we have been able to increase the chances of easily identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and risks. My overall experience with Nintex has been amazing. The tool is simple to use and allows for processes to be automated very quickly and with little effort. The tool also works for extremely complex forms and workflows. It's been very valuable to us for automating repetitive high-volume tasks throughout our business. It also allows us to get the automation up and running very quickly when a user from our business approaches us with a new process for automation.
