The main challenge is the initial learning curve. Some features can be complex to set up and require time to fully understand but with guidance from IBM's support team it becomes much easier to use effectively
The implementation of the suite using Azure cloud platform and Redhat was not as expected because of product minor bugs, required several workarounds executed by the IBM partner including plenty of IBM support time than expected.
The interface some times is not as intuitive as I would expect There is a bit difficult to learn some features sometime its slow due to big data loads
