This gives the flexibility for the users to use which application they want, and helps to avoid missing the important details. 2) Automation and Scheduling:- We can create automated alerts whenever required. Health checks can also be created, which helps in emergencies. 3) Real Time Delivery and Tracking:- We can track if the user has read the messages we have sent, this helps the user/company to know if the communicated information has been checked by the client/customer.
