The best features which I personally like about this service are:- 1) Multi-Channel Communication:- This gives the privilege to send the messages over multiple channels such as text messages, voice calls, emails and even social media. This gives the flexibility for the users to use which application they want, and helps to avoid missing the important details. 2) Automation and Scheduling:- We can create automated alerts whenever required. Health checks can also be created, which helps in emergencies. 3) Real Time Delivery and Tracking:- We can track if the user has read the messages we have sent, this helps the user/company to know if the communicated information has been checked by the client/customer.

This pricing model might not be cost-effective for companies with limited budgets. 2) Learning Curve:- Any user or client needs to understand all the details if they really want to utilize most from this service and avoid more expenses. 3) Integration issues:- Truly this service integrates with many other important services and products, but we faced issue when trying to integrate with some other third party software, but those are resolved by checking with customer support.
