Overall our experience with IBM Instana Observability has been positive as we have mainly been using it to monitor the server CPU, Memory and overall system performance in our environment. The dashboard is very easy to understand and the alerting works fine. I even had a section with the IBM during their visit to Hyderabad and learned so many features and labs sections

the implementation stage was very extensive and there was no documentation and concrete knowledge for some technologies or platforms. Once the tool is passed, it has visibility of services and dependencies; contributing to the monitoring of the availability of our applications.
