Once the bots are up and running, the system is extremely stable, which is essential for automating complex parts of our global supply chain operations. However, building and updating automations is not smooth. The platform doesn't offer an easy low-code experience or strong community support that other tools provide.

IBM Robotic Process Automation has a hybrid architecture of deployment making it flexible to deploy on-premises as well as in the cloud. We can leverage Java Script and other scripts making it a flexible script tool. Low code deployment helps to manage the repetitive tasks with simple drag and drop which implies less initial effort required for onboarding or utilization. We are using this IBM RPA in the healthcare, finance and insurance domains.
