IBM Robotic Process Automation has more than 650 commands to create a bot long with advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning options as well, that reduces human intervention. 2. For example, I have patient data in the excel and receive an updated information which has to be edited in the excel. I would prefer to use the IBM RPA bot as that does work quickly. I would choose 'run' command and then choose the file as part of the input parameter and then open up the excel file for more options to compare the existing and updated file and when I run it, it updates the values in excel. It took less than a minute. 3. It saves a lot of time and speeds access to up to date information. 4. It has reduced ownership costs

Both products and services have their own limitations, but the primary drawback of this tool is its process automation includes a steep learning curve and the need for technical expertise during implementation, sometimes the user interface and development environment are less intuitive compared to leading competitors.
