    Targetprocess is great, however there are some basic enhancements required which are surprising given how long its been around. Some enhancements require ‘dev’ or ‘javascript’ but when you look at them, it could be done much more simple so feels overcomplicated IBM ideas is great to see what other companies are asking for also, but it seems very rare that anything is actually implemented. We used the implementation partner suggested and our experience was poor. The relationship manager at IBM apptio doesnt give us a lot, there is no direction and they are unable to answer a lot of questions
