IBM Targetprocess

The dashboard has visualization and reporting tools that make it easy to see where each project stands, get into task specifics, and see how much time were spending on each project phase. Targetprocess works well with both complex, fast-changing projects and simpler ones. It also supports integrations, like embedding webpages in the dashboard or importing workflows from Jira. Our experience with the support team was great, they understood the issue and helped us fix the tag problems after importing our Jira data.

The learning curve is relatively fast, the usability of its interface is very good, the results are measurable and verifiable from the graphs, the use through SAFe and LeSS improves the added value and allows to scale the product significantly, it is possible to replace manual work processes with dynamic and advanced workflows deployed from the software to streamline and achieve objectives, Risk management also represents an important option to minimize vulnerabilities in business environments that are being integrated with new processes.

Capacity allocation is one of the core values of using IBM Targetprocess since it allows me to map team members to specific initiatives which show how each user is supposed to contribute in one place.

The setup feels overwhelming at first because there are so many menus and options to go through. Sometimes, reports with many filters become slow even on small datasets. The documentation is well-organized, but it still doesnt fully replace direct technical support when needed.

Few complaints, some functional limitations among existing software features, limited integration with other software and comparisons of progress with a rigid system that can be improved considerably.

Since I accomplish all my needs when it comes to resource planning and allocation with this program, I lack any specific flaw to outline.
