As a company focused on data analytics and reporting, we use Targetprocess for task tracking and project management through unified dashboards. It shows us how teams are progressing and keeps us on schedule. Setting up the dashboard took some time in the beginning, but once customized to our workflow, it became very efficient and helped us monitor progress and team performance easily

Targetprocess is great, however there are some basic enhancements required which are surprising given how long its been around. Some enhancements require ‘dev’ or ‘javascript’ but when you look at them, it could be done much more simple so feels overcomplicated IBM ideas is great to see what other companies are asking for also, but it seems very rare that anything is actually implemented. We used the implementation partner suggested and our experience was poor. The relationship manager at IBM apptio doesnt give us a lot, there is no direction and they are unable to answer a lot of questions
