The learning curve is relatively fast, the usability of its interface is very good, the results are measurable and verifiable from the graphs, the use through SAFe and LeSS improves the added value and allows to scale the product significantly, it is possible to replace manual work processes with dynamic and advanced workflows deployed from the software to streamline and achieve objectives, Risk management also represents an important option to minimize vulnerabilities in business environments that are being integrated with new processes.
They are flexible with boards, timelines and views for Epics, Features and Bugs. It has custom views and dashboards for different team roles. It handles multiple work item types amd complex relationships. It is easy to integrate with Azure, Jira, Github and other tools like as.
So far, I haven't found anything i dislike
Few complaints, some functional limitations among existing software features, limited integration with other software and comparisons of progress with a rigid system that can be improved considerably.
UI and terminology can be overwhelming for new users. Configuration takes time and often requires admin things. Performance issues with large data scale. Complex setup for Enterprise use.
