Outstanding transmission product to be used in terms of performance, reliability and easy to configure with superb support.

Excellent platform that provides end to end network visibility with strong FCAPS capabilities.

Although our ENM experience is not long enough to have precise decisions, we can clearly say that ENM infrastructure looks very promising comparing to its predecessor Ericsson OSS. But, product's 2G roadmap is still not clear and it is weak at some important areas such as LDAP integration.

Netcool software performs adequately for its role in event collection. We have not been able to do much with enrichment and automation due to lack of expertise transfer from IBM. They also are not adept at building long term relationships with innovative customers and prefer a transactional approach unless you are a tier one provider. The software also requires a lot of maintenance once installed.

We are doing IT transformation project, which is HUGE and we are very limited in time. Whalecloud has shown great capacity to accomplish phase one missions, they have a lot of experienced engineers, which have arrived and worked 24/7 on site, as well as remotely. Of course communication can be an issue, when we are talking on such large scale projects and a lot of different people with different cultural background are working in limited time frame.

Hp OO allows you to design automation processes. We also use this application for our reporting works in our business processes. We are able to create and run scheduled tasks, in this respect, it provides convenience in our work. It also allows you to automate many processes with flows created in operating system management.
