Microsoft Purview has been a solid addition to our compliance and data governance stack. As an IT Support Lead managing a Microsoft 365 environment across four locations. I need visibility into where sensitive data tenant records, lease agreements and financial documents live and move across our tenants. Purview's audit trail capabilities gave us that visibility without requiring a separate SIEM investment. What's worked well is the native integration with our exisiting M365 licensing, so we didn't need to stand up a parallel tool. What hasn't worked as smoothly is the learning curve around configuring data mapping correctly across departments that weren't originally structured with compliance labelling in mind. retrofitting that took more time than expected.

We wanted to get started with any kind of AI and since we already had a M365 environment with copliot, extending to the 365 agent platform only made sense to have it all in one hand basically. We didn't want to have countless services like claude and open source stuff running wild with no place to consolidate it all.

OneTrust provides a strong, enterprise-ready platform for privacy, risk, and AI governance. The AI Governance module extends existing workflows and enables centralized oversight of AI use cases, risks, and compliance obligations.

Microsoft Foundry meets our functional AI requirements. Howerver, cost transparency accross model is lacking and native API key management lacks granular restrictions, requiering an external gateway to enforce proper access controls.

Airia has been a useful, secure way to access generative AI for day-to-day work in our organisation, particularly for drafting, summarising and improving the quality of written outputs. It generally saves time and helps structure work, but results still require professional judgement and verification, especially where accuracy and evidential standards matter. Overall, it's a positive capability with clear value, and it continues to improve as guidance and user confidence develop.

My overall experience has been very good. The platform provides a comprehensive framework for AI governance and risk management, making it easier to evaluate and monitor AI systems throughout their lifecycle.

We use Mine OS to gain greater visibility into the data processed and to automatically manage DSR/DSAR requests, significantly reducing manual tasks and wasted time. The more automation there is, the more time is dedicated to productivity and the mood of the staff has improved significantly.

Domino Data Lab has been a wonderful product to use. It makes the process of doing Data Science much more focused on the Science and Experimentation portion rather than needing to worry about infrastructure configurations.
