Overall experience with Ordr and support has been good. They have some great engineers and have a quick/efficient support portal for submitting tickets. The product overall shows some signs of immaturity, but things have only gotten better since we started using the product.

this is a great tool for Medical device management and gives you visibility to all the tools that is connected to you VLAN, it captured detailed information of the connected devices.

Cylera is relatively new to this space, however, they have been flexible in integrating into our healthcare environment. They do very well on device detection and categorization. The vulnerability assessment capabilities is still maturing.
