Maybe a bit nitpicky but the UX and UI could be a bit cleaner. It has a bit of a dated look and feel to it. It also came with a bit of a learning curve and took a lot of playing around with to learn how to effectively and quickly navigate the product.
The lack of technical documentation available, and that certain elements we had purchased were not actually ready when we began development of the solution.
A bit confusing setup of the training resources during the implementation.

Implementation was unorganized and product roadmap is spotty
Our implementation was an unorganized mess despite the fact that Impartner claims to have a proprietary implementation methodology called Velocity. The first PM we were assigned seemed to be really overloaded and he was not able to provide very good support. He was unreliable and unorganized; he was not able to communicate the capabilities of the software and he could not answer questions correctly. Our SOW promised 2 hours of training but the training that was delivered was insufficient and unorganized. I escalated this to his manager who responded quickly with a promise to investigate and come back to me, but I never heard back from him. Impartner support is slow to respond and it sometimes seems that they don't know the capabilities of the software - even basic functionality. The analytics available in the tool are not customizable and are pretty useless in some cases. Impartner recently released a terrific Asset Library but they failed to tie it into the download report, so the download report is useless and when I shared this feedback they told me the best way to capture this info is to count it manually.
