It actively monitors endpoints and user activities. I like the intelligent prioritization. Proactive prevention makes Incydr great. Incydr supports automated responses.
Real-time threat detection is one of my favorite features, along with the optional pro-active interventions. The intuitive dashboard is fairly clean and also makes it easy to generate compliance ready reports for audits. The integration with our SIEM was easier than it has been with most other tools as well, which is a huge bonus.
The agents are easy to deploy on endpoints using jamf/intune, the watchlists can be setup to further refine alerting, and the investigations capabilities are helpful
No serious challenges using Incydr.
Has a high false positive rate which is very cumbersome, but we are still fine tuning the product. I also wish there was further customization with the detection rules that are less rigid. For the advanced features, there is a very steep learning curve and I am undergoing a lot of training for that.
The tool can only retain case data for 180 days without exporting it, some user accounts are duplicated requiring cleanup, and implementing the tool on shared endpoints can be a challenge.

Although the interface is user-friendly, I find it difficult to navigate given the breadth of features.
