I like the structure of Indeed Hire and the platform itself is moderately engaging. The platform is easy to navigate both on a desktop and via mobile. I think the platform is user friendly and has the potential to be a great resource for those needing to interact with it to attract good talent.
What I do like the most is the easy integration into any hiring system. Indeed helps candidates have functional resumes that are easy to read, and it engages a diverse spectrum of personnel.
Cost transparency sponsored job pricing can be difficult to predict as spend scales. Applicant quality variability high volume does not always translate to consistently qualified candidates. Limited customization reporting and screening tools could be more configurable for complex hiring needs.
Indeed hiring feels really limited in the type of jobs it has available. This creates an issue when searching for keywords because although you may search for a particular position using the keyword, the platform still provides you with the same type of jobs over and over. Those search results may or may not be applicable to what you are looking for.
Some applications do not get fully recognized in our system and we have to have employees apply directly through our career site, when applications do populate in our system sometimes the candidates email is an indeed email which makes it impossible to reach out to the employee via email, and we have noticed instances of the rate of pay not being posted or populate to indeed on our requisitions.
