The contact-based ad targeting yields strong results for marketing campaigns, especially and most notably for ABM campaigns. You pay a fixed price depending on your contract and you know exactly where your ad dollars are going and can plan accordingly one way is by setting reach limits. Using Influ2 has proven to be more successful than relying on traditional ad platforms. We weren't reaching the exact audiences we wanted to target via those platforms, but Influ2 makes it possible. Influ2 is a B2B marketer's dream to make sure specific ads get in front of your hand-picked prospects. My B2B company can successfully attribute 3 customer upsells to Influ2 ad campaigns.
The ease of use and ability to measure impact are my favorite aspects of Influ2. I am able to easily decide which people I want to serve digital ads to, and see in real-time when a target contact sees and/or engages with one of our ads, kicking off timely speed-to-lead outreach. I also feel like their customer support team (CSM) is more hands-on than many other vendors in our Sales and Marketing ecosystem.

- You need to let a CSM know when you need to make an edit to any active ad content (the social, native, and display copy and assets are all grouped into one piece of content in Influ2 terms). This may be an issue if a change needs to be made immediately(but there's always a workaround, you can pause the content as you wait). - You should have an organized and up-to-date CRM in order to get the best value out of Influ2. - Dependent on your campaign goals, contacts engaged with Influ2 ads need follow up for the best results. You can use Influ2 for brand awareness, or use it in more expansive ways that require nurture campaigns (email, SMS, more Influ2 journeys, etc.). Not a problem with Influ2, but this can be tough for a very lean marketing team using Influ2.
The area of the product I dislike the most about the product is not being able to see which platform the engagement (i.e. ad clicks) came from, though this data does not prohibit my ROI reporting, just a nice to have. I also wish the creative/content page was easier to filter through. Lastly, the out-of-the-box reports do not always satisfy the view that my leadership team needs into my programs. My CSM built custom reports for me but I wish this was standard.
