My account manager takes the time to understand our business, GTM strategy, team capabilities, and personal strengths. The care this team puts into driving success for their customers is exceptional. I love that I can see the buyer journey visualized on a timeline with real touchpoints across multiple channels. When I see a contact see an ad, then click on it, then someone sends an email, then the contact lands on our site, then we invite them to a webinar, then they finally take a sales intro call - it just warms my heart to have full visibility on that process.
The ability to target direct personas that we know are valuable to the sales cycle and then track the impressions and clicks to help our overall marketing and sales teams. It helps us get very targeted in our ABM strategy.
The tool itself is incredibly easy to use and it is helping us deliver highly targeted messages across various advertising channels to individual accounts based on their specific pain points and familiarity with our brand.
They are still rolling out integration support for different platforms and tools.
-We wish there was more of an ability to use dashboards as a holistic view into intent and run reports on different areas -We sometimes run into ad group capacity with different vendors for display ads, which prevents us reaching further -Some users on our team don't like how we have to provide all display ad sizes, and they wish they could provide only a few at times and then they would deliver to the platforms that are applicable
They could provide a way to control the ratio of exposure between campaigns and improve the reporting side to be more adjustable.
