The product is very useful and can be built to suit any need. It was relatively easy for someone with no prior experience with such software to learn how to use it. We had a large amount of help from a channel partner in the beginning, but we are largely self sufficient now. The support that we receive from Infor and our Channel Partner is of great value to our organization.

This was the first Infor product that we bought, and while you can tell it is a quality product, we did not get the best out of it, as we did not have the ideal setup for it and could not buy more Infor products due to current contracts.
