Extremely customizable with very small effort. Especially in Windows Client new modules including database representation, functionalities, forms etc can be developed in really minimal time. Offers many out-of-the-box features which can be customized with no effort if needed. Very stable, administration effort is minimal (web deployment a bit laborious, see below). System can be used for various business cases (not just CRM) - whatever you need a database with user forms and functionality behind. We do risk management, demand reminders, reporting, and many more non-sales/CRM-stuff with InforCRM. Frequent new releases with adaption to new environment. Supports reacts very quick, most of the time quite competent.
It is fully customizable and can handle all kinds of verticals and integrations.
Customizability, simple to export files, easy to learn and to teach
As long-time customer who used the Windows Client (not web) a migration to web is extremely hard as there is no really working conversion capability. Web server (IIS) is very large sized (tons of files, data), so deployment and compiliation takes a lot of time. Restart of IIS takes time / calling pages first time after restart. More developer training capabilities would be appreciated. Oracle support is ending / no more guaranteed.
Infor CRM is very complex and can be slow in getting reporting to the user.
Sometimes it can be slow (due to the amount of data my organization stores) and the user interface is a little out of date. However, I like this over something that looks sleek and is not user-friendly.
