“Cloud Native ERP Strengthens Controls But Presents Steep Learning Curve Challenges”
If I had to sum it up in one sentence, the platform feels like a solid, cloud native ERP that gets service centric organizations but it's not a light touch, plug and play tool. After going live with the platform, Infor FSM delivered on most of what it promised, foremost around better visibility, tighter controls and a cleaner month end close.
But having said that, the implementation and change management took more effort than we initially thought and it was way more than expected, especially for non-finance who were not used to working inside an ERP.
