Not that we dislike anything about the product because we carefully evaluated the system before implementing. Slight performance issues when managing large volume operations. We have already taken this up with their team and the resolution they provided was great. The system is now optimized and works great during high volume operations
The interface is not the most user friendly and has taken some getting used to. Customisations were challenging.
a bit of performance issue for large dataset upload.

FSM is an easy tool for end users to navigate. I love the ability to drill down into entry details to find out where the transaction originates from. I also like how easy it is to export and pivot on large amounts of data when needed.
