Like I said earlier, its built perfectly for a service centric organization and thats what I liked th most. So what I heard from our ops team is that they really loved the concept of financials and supply chain in one system. Oh, and yeah, the role-based UX and dashboards were clean and, importantly, mobile friendly.
The level of financial automation it brings. Ability to operate in the cloud.
1. Strong integration capabilities with other enterprise applications and databases. 2. Cloud-based architecture that allows access from multiple locations and improves collabroation. 3. Good analytics and reporting features that help management make data-driven decisions.
Learning curve is too much or non-finance users, the UI is modern but still its difficult to under the dashboards. I also noticed the configurations and workflows was complex. Integration still needs work.
The interface is not the most user friendly and has taken some getting used to. Customisations were challenging.
1. Implementation complexity can be high for organizations without ERP experience. and the user interface could be more modern and intuitive.

If I had to sum it up in one sentence, the platform feels like a solid, cloud native ERP that gets service centric organizations but it's not a light touch, plug and play tool. After going live with the platform, Infor FSM delivered on most of what it promised, foremost around better visibility, tighter controls and a cleaner month end close.
