If I had to sum it up in one sentence, the platform feels like a solid, cloud native ERP that gets service centric organizations but it's not a light touch, plug and play tool. After going live with the platform, Infor FSM delivered on most of what it promised, foremost around better visibility, tighter controls and a cleaner month end close. But having said that, the implementation and change management took more effort than we initially thought and it was way more than expected, especially for non-finance who were not used to working inside an ERP.

Difficult to customise but works well when using standard functionality. Strong security features for being in the cloud and good automation with AP and cash allocation software's.
