Among the systems we use, this system seems rather outdated and overly simple but in an outdated way. While we could create standardized business processes, they remain rather simple and don't allow for more unique and specific customizations, so it works well for basic employee requests but not for more complex processes. Also, I personally have not had a great experience getting timely responses from the customer support team.
