great interface, easy to navigate thru the features, allows staff to embrace self-serving access within their profiles
We most enjoyed the case management system which both allowed us to track issues, keep historical records of it and allows more self service capability for employees to be able to resolve certain issues on their own. It also allows us to instate our own business processes to standardize how certain tasks are done, making the end results more similar among the team and speeding up processing time.

Among the systems we use, this system seems rather outdated and overly simple but in an outdated way. While we could create standardized business processes, they remain rather simple and don't allow for more unique and specific customizations, so it works well for basic employee requests but not for more complex processes. Also, I personally have not had a great experience getting timely responses from the customer support team.
