A very efficient and professionally delivered project lead with skill by Infor, Working together with the product we have been able to show and highlight many benefits that the data has shown. this along with the easy of use of the system for the end user, enables them to give us accurate specific data that we can use to reduce the frustrations of a FMCG manufacturing work place.

Initially the project went very well with lots of interaction from Lighthouse. Due to our lack of knowledge the program stalled somewhat and the project fell behind. Despite various release packs we are still not in a position to have a fully operational system . Together with Lighthouse we are working to get over the issues and will hopefully be able to look to further incorporate new modules within the Operation.
