Vendor was very responsive to questions and assisted as needed during the upgrade. The vendor's implementation consultant (LLP, Inc) was also key in driving the success of the project and has a very good relationship with the Vendor.

User Friendly Easy to update and configure Service is typically timely and efficient

Ease of use / does what it says on the tin

We were able to integrate SUN with our data entry tool to auto trigger the feeds for posting journal entries. It's upload feature helps you to upload data files which will eliminate manual key in time for adhoc data posting.

User documentation often assumes the user is familiar with other modules The concierge (support) service is outside of the system and seems inefficient when logging a ticket for assistance - a lot of data that could be pre-populated User often has to enter redundant information that seems like the system should be able to pre-populate based on the module or function being used

lack of flexibility / upgrades very painful and built around how much consultancy can be extracted

Manual Data entry is very slow and time consuming. The tab key doesn't automatically takes the cursor to the next field thereby forcing the user to use mouse to click on the required field. Whilst the auto upload functionality works superbly, the manual entry takes an extra effort as all the fields become mandatory.

It is a good ERP solution overall, but there are some issues as well. when reports are running most users experience delay and sometimes the computer gets stuck. In server, The memory used for extensive reports does not release automatically. Sometimes, need to restart the server to solve this issue.

sunsystem is good with easy interface. data security is guaranteed with access restrictions and access levels. its easy to uopload data via infor Q. expense classification can be define such that wrong coding is avoided by setting up optional and mandatory fields and the acceotable characters.
