The profiling feature worked well, it quickly highlighted issues like null, duplicates and format inconsistencies without needing custom queries. Rule configuration was flexible , once setup automated monitoring reduced lots of manual efforts

Very good customer support, quick and always have answers. However, we do have them on a 5 day/year support retainer so I am unsure how support would be without that. Good regular updates. Fairly transparent conversations.
