Audit periods used to bring a fair amount of pressure, mainly because the data was not always consistent or easy to track back when needed. We often spent additional time validating records before sharing them, which slowed things down. With better data governance in place through PiLog's data quality and Governance Suite, information is now more structured and easier to retrieve. This has made audit preparation more straightforward and reduced the effort involved. Overall, we feel more prepared and confident when audit requirements come up.

The vendor itself has been responsive, but overall I have not been super impressed with Semarchy as a platform, but I do believe a lot of it is due to the implementation we have and the processes we have developed. I think if we had architected the solution better then it would be a better tool for our purposes.

Good implementation model and strategy. Flexible resourses. We as a customer are challanging and the implementation was cross divisions and funktional areas. Level of MDM understanding varied from very low to very high. Stibo handled this well and offered to adapt agreed implementation strategy as project progressed. Implementation included migrating from exisiting MDM platforms for core data and a PIM system customized for online publishing. Using 3rd party skills the gap in data models and information model could be closed. Documentation of delivered solution not up to standard. The delivered workflows and business rules setup in the system were not completely documented by Stibo. This is a vital piece missing in the implementation. We have a highly integrated IT environment with multiple ERP, DW and MPS systems. A lot of time was spent on integration in the project for data going out. Strategy taken was to transform and convert data before it reach target system to minimize number of applications impacted by roll-out Complexity of IT implementation was not recorded properly before project start. Initially IT was not in the project and it was treated as a pure business project. At the end IT did most job and had to solve a lot of tasks.

EBX stand out as a strong enterprise-grade master data management platform because of its flexibility, governance depth, and ability to support complex multi-domain data models. What has worked well is its model-driven architecture, strong workflow and stewardship capabilities, and the fact that it can be adapted to demanding enterprise use case without forcing a one size fits all approach and structured governance around critical data domains

We use Profisee to master customer data across a very complex enterprise environment. Overall, the platform has been effective in helping us establish governance processes and improve visibility into customer relationships. The strongest aspects of the solution are its flexibility, governance capabilities, and visualization. We have been able to implement multi-step workflows with automated email notifications. The platform also makes it straightforward to configure and maintain both very simple and more complex data quality rules. In addition, Profisee provides strong visualization capabilities for understanding and managing complex relationships across our customer data landscape, which has been one of the biggest values for our master data team. One limitation we encountered is that very large match clusters can become difficult to visualize, as there are limits to how many related records can be rendered at once. While this affects only a subset of our data, it can make investigation of large duplicate groups more challenging. We also learned that data modeling decisions can have a significant impact on record volumes and, therefore, licensing costs. In our case, our implementation generated substantially more records than initially anticipated. This was more a result of our design choices and limited experience with MDM modeling than a shortcoming of the software itself. But it is something prospective customers should evaluate carefully during planning. Overall, Profisee has been a capable MDM platform for mastering customer data, particularly with its configurable workflows, flexible quality rules, and visibility into complex data relationships.

I have used SAP Master Data Governance in my organization while setting up a new plant in the SAP S/4 HANA, the integration of SAP Master Data Governance helped in importing master data such as: Material, Customer, vendor into the ERP System which can be used for further smoke testing, SIT and UAT before implementing into Go live. It helped us centrally master data management inlayer based function. SAP Master Data Governance aided in the overhaul and simplification of master data management strategies, Plat, vendor, warehouse data management, ensuring data efficiency and cost savings for the clients.

My overall experience with Reltio Data Cloud has been positive. The platform provides a modern approach to MDM and has helped centralize and standardize master data across multiple domains. I found it especially valuable for improving data quality, supporting governance efforts, and creating a more unified view of key business entities.

It has the flexibility and power of having PIM, MDM, CMS and DAM in a single unified platform.
