The user experience is primarily optimised for desktop use, with limited support for mobile and tablet friendly interactions. While the platform is functionally strong, the lack of a more responsive or mobile-optimised UX can reduce usability for users who need to review, approve or interact with master data away from a a traditional desktop setting.
