Profisee's customer experience is excellent. They are responsive when we have issues and when we request new functionality. They are interested and invested in how we use or intend to use the software and actively invest in our success. The were particularly helpful when we were looking at options to use in the MDM space showing us how the product would work using our own data, and looking at the data challenges in context of our specific data challenges and those experienced in our industry.

Profisee has been an essential piece of software that my team uses for everyday work, however, its newest features with Connect have not been the best.
