Support is absolutely terrible; it feels like they respond to check a box and have no interest in resolving issues unless we babysit every step of the way and most often determine the cause of the issue ourselves The interface could use some more mass change functions Integrations tend to be rigid and inadequate for average complexity of needs
Release notes are not published before the release is done which leads sometimes to releases with potential bugs Consistency and inefficiency

Our experience with inriver PIM has been generally positive, particularly in terms of data governance, variant modeling, and entreprise-grade product structure management. The platform is well suited for complex product catalogs and provides strong control over data quality and enrichment workflows. Decent Product, Terrible Support
While not the most intuitive UI, once it is familiar it is useful and the capabilities of this PIM tool service average PIM needs for a midsize organization. The support team, however, is absolutely atrocious and it is difficult to determine if that is due to ignorance or ambivalence. That weakness has slowed adoption, and limited our ability to leverage what may be good capabilities of the system (but we cannot be sure since the documentation is unclear and the support team is unhelpful).
