Insperity is... fine. It's better than the platform we used before, and there are some real conveniences with our setup, like being able to see paystubs and 401k status all in a single dashboard. However, there are small technical frustrations littered throughout the experience, and some experiences like putting in PTO are an absolute chore to do.
