Low Insurance rates for a small company, we were paying 30-40% below independent plans and our overall expense was significantly lower than having an HR team and building our own HR/Benefits function.
The main landing dashboard is well designed and shows relevant basic information like your most recent paycheck and 401k balance. It has been really beneficial to have our paychecks, 401k, and healthcare elections provided via the same platform. This makes it very easy to initially set up each piece and to make changes during the year. All while having a complete view of where your money is going.
The innovation, it helps us to communicate better to our investors. The transparency it helps our organizations a lot to provide infrastructure that we need.
the 401K plan could be better.
For me, it's a tie between the needlessly tedious UX of putting in and approving PTO requests and the horrendous and inconsistent behavior of logging in with 2-factor authentication.

Insperity is... fine. It's better than the platform we used before, and there are some real conveniences with our setup, like being able to see paystubs and 401k status all in a single dashboard.
