I like the detailed application information that you can capture and that it is linked to supporting technologies. You can also link applications to business capabilities and strategies.
intuitive user interface
The simplicity of the user experience. Ability to handle support multiple personas (we have around 125 user roles with in IT and Business). Ability to integrate REST base with different tools like HR, CMDB, Technology Triage and other modeling tools.
User self service reporting is basic. Too many fields are mandatory (this might be something the original admin asked for). No database portfolio.

As such nothing came to mind. I wish them to continue with their existing support and ability to deliver implementation in 2 weeks sprint which is extremely important for us.
