The sheer amount of customisation combined with a positive end user experience. The way in which it caters for our multiple brands.
Assets are stored in a folder-like structure, that is easy to click through and find what you need. The 'aftercare' you get from IB is also very good. We have definitely seen a difference in clients self-serving their needs, instead of relying on us to give them photographs/ logos etc.
I appreciate how Intelligence bank is customizable. As someone working in design and marketing, i love that I can tag assets with metadata and create approvals. The search function is really useful and saves a lot of time for users trying to find specific assets.
A little overwhelming at first but this was minimised due to the terrific customer service. Shout out to our rep who walked us through the entire process
As with all platforms, sometimes there may be a bug during upload where it fails, but this is quickly addressed. As we have gone along, we have found some ways it could be better for us, so having more personalization options would be great for particular uses.
It was a lot of work to setup, it took our team many months of work to name files and tag the metadata. There's definitely a learning curve if you're managing the system on the admin side. Managing back end functions can feel complex at times as well.
